While we'd like to see these new commanders represented, many lists aren't maintained after the initial hype period. Plus, the fact that she can practically make up for the commander tax makes her even more useful. EDH is increasing in popularity and a lot of people want to play with new commanders. Selvala is good because she is a low costed commander that helps at every stage of the game, and grows in usefulness over time without putting all her eggs in one basket, like Marwyn does.
